How can I see if my order is shipped and how can I trace it ?

If u order with express before 17:00 local time Germany, U are guaranteed your order arrives the following working day.
This means that if u order before 17:00 local time Germany, we can guarantee (if express shipment is chosen), your order will be delivered next working day. (most likely even before 12:00.)
WE don't ship to the United States, New Zealand, Australia,Germany and Canada.
* We received a lot of requests from people living in the US of A and Canada, if we not could make an exception one time, because they wanted to try our premium German GBL.
Will we ever send our prdoducts to those (black) listed Countries ?
NO, we will not.
After many discussions, with our produkt Stewardship, Produkt Regulatory and Corparate Security, shortly our Company Policy/Staff will not change in that point of view.
